Stayed here twice in a week on a rodeo trip to Vegas. Bunk house accommodations were excellent as were the horse stalls. Martin and family were helpful and active hosts; they provided a guided tour on arrival and helped get us situated. Will absolutely stay here again on future trips.

What a great place to stay! The cabins were cozy and very clean! The prices are very good and there are a lot of little extras you get! We don’t have horses but we were pleasantly surprised to find out this is a horse motel as well! The owner and staff are so friendly and go out of their way to help you feel welcome and at home! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Thank you, Martin!

Lazy-ko was amazing we weren't able to make it to our original destination as we got too tired driving. I called this place at about 1:00 a.m. It only rang twice before the owner answered the phone and he was extremely accommodating. Even helped us find the place and came out to help us settle in our horses. And settle us and our pets into a cabin. We arrived at the location 12 miles off freeway at about 3am. And again I can't say enough nice things. The owner was very sweet helped us settle and put our minds at ease. Extremely kind and we were so grateful. When we woke up in the morning we were able to pet alpacas and mini long horns and even a highland cow!!!!! This place is a must stop if you are in the area. Kinda and pet friendly will house the horses overnight on your journey and just overall a lil slice of heaven!!!! Ty guys for being amazing and taking us in last minute!!!!! The cabin was phenomenal!!!!!!!!

I absolutely love this place. Stayed here once during a transport with my sister and have stayed several times since The host is a great. The larger bunkhouse has a Day of the Dead theme and is really unique. Has a huge shower with several shower heads, also a full kitchen. Always feel safe staying here. Thanks Again

If you’re visiting White Sands National Park with kids, this is a must-stay accommodation. You can meet a variety of animal friends at the on-site animal farm and enjoy feeding them. Plus, BBQ and campfires are an added bonus!

Make sure you have a PayPal account! Extremely cheap for the experience. I am traveling across the country and needed somewhere to stay, and this ranch was everything I wanted and more. A warm bed, warmer hot tub. Multiple shampoo and body wash choices. Lights accessible to turn off to enjoy the stars. A cozy cabin, a truly enlightening experience. Woke up at 5am to catch the sunrise! Also, I had a cute kitty counterpart as a cuddle buddy it was cold out so I didn't want to let it stay out there. Made me miss my old cat Recommended it to friends coming the same way soon. And by "recommended" I mean "told them they would be stupid if they didn't". Accidentally left some brownies and a cookie I bought from the nearby 24/7 diner, so if you're the owner, commenting on my review as you do with everyone else, you can have it. :) Your hospitality was genuine and amazing for the price. Thank you.

Loved my overnight stay in the bunk house. Nicely furnished, and comfortable. Martin and his family are excellent hosts. Loved Martin's tour and explanation of the ranch, and meeting all of the animals! Enjoyed having Boots, their loving female gray and white tuxedo cat with white boots as my companion for the night. I will definitely stay here And bring my husband. Really interesting geological and archeological history to see in the area. agai

This was a great stop driving cross country with all our stuff in the car. We were so happy to give Milton a last minute call as we needed a place to stay for the night. He has various animals on the property which he graciously showed us around … pigs, steer (one was a cute Scottish Highland), too many feathered friends to write about, little goats, alpacas - and they all come running up to you at the fence to greet you. Gave us a great recommendation on sandwiches in afternoon and steaks at night at Adobe Deli. Cute cottage with everything you need and made us feel at home. Definitely stopping here on our way back.
